Hey, I’m Dee. Instead of the accolades, I’ll speak to my experiences and how they shaped the way I am today.
I’ve never been the loudest person in the room. I’ve always been the one who makes the room work.
I started my career inside systems that didn’t reward the right things. Promises got broken, credit went elsewhere, and I paid attention. I was learning how things actually operate versus how people say they do.
That gap became my education.
I’ve been in business deals that went sideways. I’ve trusted partners I shouldn’t have. I’ve lost money, rebuilt, and lost again. Each time I came back with a sharper eye for what works, what doesn’t, and why.
At some point I stopped fitting myself into other people’s structures and started building my own. Because I’d been on the wrong side of too many situations that could have been avoided with better thinking, better systems, and better people around the table.
That’s what I bring now. A point of view that only comes from having actually been through it. Real pattern recognition, built over years of doing the work.
I’m the guy you want in your corner when things need to get clearer, tighter, and more intentional. Whether that’s how you operate, who you bring on, or how you think about what you’re building.
